A stunning nest of mid-century Danish Tables made from Brazilian Rosewood, designed by Johannes Anderson for Uldum Mobelfabrik in the 1960's. The set of three tables are of graduated rectangular form. The tops show contrasting wood grain patterns, beautiful depth of colour and a near mirror polish finish.
In very good vintage condition, these items are still as sturdy as the day they were made. The tops show the usual signs of use including scratching and scuffing to the surface finish. There are also some ring and heat marks apparent, see images for details of imperfections. All in all, a quality danish designer nest of tables that have endured the years very well and show some serious mid-century style.
Note: This item is made from Brazilian Rosewood, but are exempt from regulation as they were made in the 1960's before legislation was passed to restrict its use. We hold the relevant CITES A1 certificate for this exemption allowing sale and display of these beautiful tables within the UK. Export from the UK may incur further costs for any additional licensing needed.
